We are welcoming vintage vendors and crafts people of all kinds to vend with us at The Kern County Vintage Flea in the heart of Downtown Bakersfield!

We are asking for a $55 deposit to reserve your spot!
ALL events are rain or shine. This vendor fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable. No exceptions.

Upon purchasing a booth at the Kern County Vintage Flea (KCVF), I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

The KCVF shall not be held liable for any merchandise. Vendors assume full responsibility for any loss or theft of inventory.
No refunds or exchanges will be granted under any circumstances. The event will proceed regardless of weather conditions.
The KCVF retains the right to revoke any vendor's online account and prohibit their participation in future markets at its discretion.
I acknowledge that my booth number may be subject to change if deemed necessary by the event organizers.
Vendors are prohibited from selling unauthorized food and paraphernalia.
I understand that a valid seller's permit is required to operate at the KCVF, and I will ensure its availability at each event.

By proceeding with the purchase, I affirm my understanding and acceptance of these terms.
